At Bump Day Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and wellness journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your products are unused, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA included and ship them back to our spa headquarters using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
